I’m going to share with you the “quick as it’s gonna get” weight loss fix I gave to my sister, after she asked me “hey can I get a flat belly before next Saturday?” (apparently for a wedding)

I know what you’re thinking “you can’t lose weight in a week.. this isn’t going to be true”

Well, you’re part-right.  And sure, she couldn’t lose a large amount of weight.

Here’s what I told her:

Keep in mind, this is someone who I know for sure wouldn’t stick to any sort of real diet or exercise program I gave to her..  but I still wanted to help as much as I could

Every Day, perform this “Pooch Pull” mini-exercise at least 4 or 5 times per day.

Here’s how it works:

Stand up and place your index finger directly on your belly button

Now, without moving your finger, “pull” your bellybutton in as far away from your finger as possible. 

 NOTE:  You must continue to breath while you do this.  This is NOT “sucking your gut in”

When you’ve pulled it in as far away as it can go, hold for 3-5 seconds.  Relax and repeat but this time, try to
pull your bellybutton in even further.

You can perform “Pooch Pulls” as often as you’d like, and I’ve found that they work better with more frequency.

Continue trying to pull your bellybutton in further and further as well as trying to hold for long periods of time.

** CHALLENGE:  Try to get to 30 seconds.  But do it while talking or reading something aloud.

 Remember, you MUST keep breathing.  You cannot hold your breath - this will do you no good.
