			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m going to share with you the &#8220;quick as it&#8217;s gonna get&#8221; weight loss fix I gave to my sister, after she asked me &#8220;hey can I get a flat belly before next Saturday?&#8221; (apparently for a wedding)</p>
<p>I know what you&#8217;re thinking &#8220;you can&#8217;t lose weight in a week.. this isn&#8217;t going to be true&#8221;</p>
<p>Well, you&#8217;re part-right.  And sure, she couldn&#8217;t lose a large amount of weight.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s what I told her:</p>
<p>Keep in mind, this is someone who I know for sure wouldn&#8217;t stick to any sort of real diet or exercise program I gave to her..  but I still wanted to help as much as I could</p>
<p>Every Day, perform this &#8220;Pooch Pull&#8221; mini-exercise at least 4 or 5 times per day.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s how it works:</p>
<p>Stand up and place your index finger directly on your belly button</p>
<p>Now, without moving your finger, &#8220;pull&#8221; your bellybutton in as far away from your finger as possible. </p>
<p> NOTE:  You must continue to breath while you do this.  This is NOT &#8220;sucking your gut in&#8221;</p>
<p>When you&#8217;ve pulled it in as far away as it can go, hold for 3-5 seconds.  Relax and repeat but this time, try to<br />
pull your bellybutton in even further.</p>
<p>You can perform &#8220;Pooch Pulls&#8221; as often as you&#8217;d like, and I&#8217;ve found that they work better with more frequency.</p>
<p>Continue trying to pull your bellybutton in further and further as well as trying to hold for long periods of time.</p>
<p>** CHALLENGE:  Try to get to 30 seconds.  But do it while talking or reading something aloud.</p>
<p> Remember, you MUST keep breathing.  You cannot hold your breath - this will do you no good.</p>
